As our operation continues to grow, we are always looking for locations to place colonies. Working with landowners, we place the hives in a location that is out of the way for the property owner, safe for the bees and accessible for the beekeeper. We take care of all the management and work of the bees.
Land options must be evaluated before an agreement can be made to ensure there is adequate space and forage for the bees. We usually like to place between 12 – 20 colonies / hives per yard. In exchange, the landowner gets great pollination and some honey at the end of the year.
